Delete your account
You can erase your MeloGuess account at any time, with no reason to give. Two ways, both leading to the same result.
1. From the app
Open the account menu at the top of the screen, then choose Delete my account and confirm. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. By request, without the app
Already uninstalled it? Write to us and we will delete the account for you, within one month at the latest.
Send the request from the address you signed in with: it is how we confirm the account is yours before erasing anything.

What gets deleted
- Your account — the sign-in identity itself, erased immediately.
- Your nickname and game data — erased with it. Nothing is kept to rebuild a profile.
- Your subscription record — the row saying you were a subscriber is erased on our side.
What is kept
Nothing is kept beyond the deletion, apart from what accounting law requires us to retain for a purchase — a billing record, held for the legal period and used for nothing else.
Rooms you played in disappear on their own shortly after the game ends, deletion or not.
Careful with an active subscription
Deleting your MeloGuess account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play, and it keeps being billed. Only you can cancel it, from your Google Play account, and it is worth doing before deleting.
Uninstalling the app does not delete an account either — it only removes what is on the device.
